This is for sure a Top 5 most expensive SPG prop (at par with St. Regis/W Maldives maybe). I have seen deeply discounted prepaid out of season rates of US$450-480. They would be a real steal. Regular are in the range of US$600-800. Over $1K is unusually high -- sold-out dates, sakura bloom, fall foliage, maybe one day thing like weddings or a local religious festival.
