There is no security for domestic arrivals at MAN. Taxi could take a few minutes depending on runway used and then a couple of minutes walk to get to the exit of the terminal. A further 10 minutes walk to the station.

Realistically from landing to getting to the station is about 20 minutes if HBO but you are relying on an on time arrival.
