I don't know that I'll be staying at any other ICs in the near future, but I would consider it if I thought it would help to secure on of those options, especially the first floor walkout room. The $200 fee would equal the ocean view room cost already so that definitely makes sense. Purchasing with points might actually be more attractive option since I already got this reservation at 50%(though i realize its not great cpp).
