If your booking is with QR, why did you cross posted in the SK forum and not QR? Regarding your situation, only QR customer service can assist, and it all depends on the fare rules of your booking. Did you received any email/booking confirmation when you originally did the booking? The flights details would have been listed there, are they the same? You can also check if the credit card you used provides some sort of protection.
