I'd go with Alitalia. Magnifica class is very nice. White leather comfy seats, good food and drink, good IFE. Flight attendents could better.
AA has a good product but I think Alitalia is better. Only problem is I question the long term prospects for Alitalia. Alitalia is having a great fare Biz Class sale too!
