Introduction Overall this hotel is what it is. A new location of a new brand. Slim and trim. No excess. No gluttony of features. The fundamentals done right. Check In Check in was confusing for me as I pulled into the back side of the hotel like an idiot. The back side was lit up all over the place with lights for a patio section which was really nice. I mistook that for the entrance. A guest member had to let me through the door. I walked in and was greeted with nothing but smiles from the sole employee. Granted I walked in a 10pm for check-in. Skeleton crew was assumed. The main lobby is essentially a "do it all" type room. It's a room where you can buy snacks, beer and drinks. Check-in and check out. Lounge on the swinging chairs. Eat breakfast. Room The room itself, given that it was brand new, was nice, but unremarkable. Seemed extremely nice for the price paid. The TV was a 55" with DirectTV HD programming (the box behind the unit). All electronics worked flawlessly. The bed was very comfortable. Sheets were excellent...borderline some of the best I've slept in to be honest. Everything in the room it seems had a purpose. Was the room small? Yes. But it was extremely effecient. The only thing that stood out was the chair for the small desk. There was no way it wasn't in the way of walking to the other side of the bed. Bathroom was excellent. I really appreciated the dual light system of the mirror. Additionally the shower was well built, but it is fiberglass as far as I could discern. Artificial tile would be my guess. Analagous to the bedroom the bathroom was extremely efficient and purpose built. Unlike the bedroom though I never felt cramped or surrounded. The bathroom, while appreciated, seemed disproportionately large compared to the bedroom. Overall my best conclusion is the room is like that of the POD Hotel system in NYC and Washington DC. No frills, but the essentials are great. Dining Breakfast is essentially continental. There were some chilled hard-boiled eggs available as a protein. Otherwise I failed to see another source beyond milk. Types of cereal were unremarkable. Oatmeal was hot and plain. Plenty of options for toppings. The other options available were bread slices and bagels for toasting or some mediocre donuts. Given that the hotel is aggressively priced however and the market catered too, this is not a downside. Location Location, location, location. The best reason to stay at this location is the outlet center within walking distance of the hotel. It resides in the same "complex" if that is the word. Adjacent to the hotel is a fancy new movie theater that apparently sells dinner with the movie, and quite well. Overall Overall I liked the property a lot for the costs. My room ran $108 with tax for a double points stay. I'd say that's about as low as it's going to get and for me personally the hotel is worthy of as much as a $150 a room rate. Depending on property development I could see demand and pricing inflate even more given the location. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area, flat out.
