In an emergency, I know the cabin crew would offer extra advice, but the current video is not very clear. Gillian Anderson shows the position, but it is not described, nor are the individual components explained.
Also, European brace positions differ from US ones.
Looking back on Southwest 1380, I'm not sure how I'd respond being told to brace.
Do do you know without thinking the correct position?

If I suddenly heard BRACE BRACE. I would assume we are about to smash into another aircraft and as such we are all going to die no matter what yoga position we adopt!
