Perhaps I missed it in this very long thread but the FAA has reduced ETOPS to 60 minutes for planes with the affected engines.

Along with Hi-Fly, they are moving the 777s around too.

So far, transatlantic is unchanged. I'll be watching this closely as NZ5 and NZ6 are now 777-300s around the time of my next transatlantic trip.
