first sentence is correct, but per the OPs post right above yours, the second is not - they say OS flight was booked as OS flight number. Just because a ticket is 016, does not mean they are marketing the flight, as is the case here.

Also, there is an extra bag due to *G, but again, base allowance will change weight allowance for the bag, potentially. UA allows 70 lbs, but if OS allowance is 50, then free allowance, including extra bag, will be at 50.
