no universal answer i know of. if you happen to already have the barclay arrival+ that would be a decent option and has some chip/pin capability, but it was just discontinued. the obvious MR earning amex options (BBP, ED, EDP) all have FTF, plus you might have amex acceptance issues in some regions.
