I just had a 1 night stay and as a Diamond was upgraded to a corner suite on the 10th floor. I can now count on 2 fingers the number of time's I've had a suite upgrade in the many years of being Diamond.

The hotel is well situated in downtown. A simple walk to where the Twins play and to Target corporate offices. A couple of blocks from the light rail which for $2 can get you to the airport vs $30 in a cab.

Overall a very pleasant stay although a little pricey but favorably priced vs the W or the Marriott.
