Everyone has a different feature or features that they prefer in a seat. It's horses for courses and personally I don't like seats where there is a foot hole. Some people won't be bothered by that and that's fine but I can see why they're called foot coffins by some people. The seat could be made better by giving each one aisle access and the now (apparently dismissed) new seat design was a great attempt at that. I don't know what they're looking at for the new seat now but it doubtless won't please everyone.
