No. You would have to be departing SNA on a oneworld airline.

You will have access to the SFO Admirals Club and the various LAX lounges (but the Flagship Lounge in Terminal 4 or the Qantas First Lounge in Tom Bradley International Terminal via the T4 - TBIT airside connector will be the best). ¡Buen viaje!
