Too bad they have not sent out a message, yet, to those affected. Somewhere, there are DL IT folks that do know what is going on. In this
thread they made some of us look like fools by asking us what browser we were using. Now by your inquiry to customer service, they have people scrambling to find proof of flights taken (that they see we were upgraded on).
In this
thread a FT poster received an email that states they will resolve the "posting problems" by the end of July. Personally, I won't bother doing anything till next month-- till then I expect the phone lines to be slow. Both our time and that of those answering the phones in customer service is being wasted by someone in IT not willing to communicate the problem (and hopefully an upcoming resolution).
