Then they said the disputed transaction was made in person using my card and PIN number so it cannot be fraud.
I got cut off from one advisor mid conversation and it took 5 telephone calls and asking for a manager to get the matter logged properly.
Only then did they take the matter seriously and start to mention fraud and wanted me to destroy the card.
When I pushed about my PIN being used , I was then advised that my pin was not used
Post Office Mastercard have handled this matter very poorly and have made things more awkward than they should of been
I should close my account but get good perks with this credit card but this is something I am considering.
Awful CS, don't give them your custom. Thanks for this am considering my options for a new cc and I was considering PO MC...but sounds like I'd be better off punching myself in the head a few times instead
