Foreign IPs can certainly set the login security itself into overdrive, asking more questions than it might normally. Otherwise I'm doubtful it would affect your spending ability.
Gotcha. I was just wondering if there is a certain threshold of "shadiness" with foreign IP's that could trigger something more in-depth, but it sounds like we would know about it if this was happening.
