Thanks all for your informations.
Unfortunately things are not exactly like that and it's not so easy. I read all documents I this is what I think.
1. The convention of Tokyo doesn't "protect" anyone that provide assistance
2. The insurance of Lufthansa works only if you are a registered phisician with them (almost aren't, as me).
3. If the passenger dead, in a lot of country, the attestation of death will be done when the plane will land, so there is no law that protect you
4. Anyway if you find the right person, he/she can report you and you have to pay a lawyer also if you are innocence and you will win at the court.

I hope that in case of severe emergency, where you can save a life, no one would refuse to give help. And if we talk about life and death, it's right to punish the doctor that refuse just basic help. This is really different from a passenger that is sick (pain, nausea, diarrhea, fever etc..).

Anyway I want to point up all the customer service of Lufthansa and how suck it is. I think it's not possible give this kind of reply, expecially if you define yourself one of the best air company of the world. I know that without me they had to make an emergency landing, so I make save them a lot of money and I'm angry because they promised to me a lot when we were aboard and then nothing. I think also that a voucher or an upgrade are at no cost for them and it's no comparable to how many money they saved. My think is that I worked for free, but I paied them to bring elsewhere, with a seat, with an entertainment, with food and drink. All things I didn't had. And they replied was "you could leave the sick passenger and go to eat". This is the most terrible thing I ever read.
I hope my messages can help other doctors to decide how much to assist when some one ask for medical assistance and stop being treated like slaves from the air companies. I personally think that these treatments are an offense for our studies and our work.
