Yes it will be like BACF in that the E170 has 2 by 2 seating, though it's fairly spacious by European standards. The food and drink should be same as normal CE. Also if you are a single traveller Theoretical Seating should try to give you an empty seat as far as possible, even for those without status. You do have the option of moving to the next BA flight before or after if you wish.
