I know that delayed baggage has, and always will be an issue when flying. Recently I feel like I've seen more reports of it on FT and Twitter though.

Could it be on the increase? Could the complaints on social media be a reflection on how well BA rectify the issue, rather than the fact that it happened in the first place?
