BA lost THREE of my bags yesterday - a container went adrift.
They’ve now located them but they won’t be back for a couple of days. Speaking to customer relations, they said that luggage isn’t guaranteed to travel with passengers and that they will not entertain a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, despite this being promised at the airport!
Is this really the norm or a particularly hard nosed customer relations agent? A Gold member with three lost bags on one flight....seriously?!
