With due respect, the level of emphasis you suggest is purely yours and there is no evidence whatsoever that this is, in any shape or form, the sort of language BA would have to use to comply with its obligation. Indeed, if it were, you could safely assume that consumer authorities would deem 99%+ of contracts and customer information would be in breach of existing regulations.
