Claim agency said that we should get 250 Euro per Person (from which fees are deducted). Does it make sense to tell Swiss that next step will be a claim agency (which is confident to get 250 Euro) but if we get 200 Euro each (also as vouchers for next flights) from Swiss we would withdraw?
Highly doubt that LX are going to blacklist anyone for standing up for their rights, not sure it would be legal either.
Since LX have told you it’s their final response, I doubt they will budge on that.
I would just go with the agency.
