I can understand this experience if you were taking about the Arrivals Suites, where one can gain access if on a C award (XC), but cannot gain access if traveling as an upgraded C (NC)?
But it just doesn't make sense to me that your children can gain access to the showers at the NRT RCC on XC but not NC? Did the attendant specifically tell you that there is such a rule?
