I have always been able to gain access to RCC, but when I travel with my two kids ( age 3 and 8), they weren't allowed to take showers. It creates problems when my wife is not around as I cannot leave them in the lounge area by themselves.

When I upgraded them to C with SWU or miles, they were not allowed to use showers, but when they traveled on C-award tickets, they were allowed to use to the shower. We have also encountered the same problems at the showers at ORD, but have always been allowed to use the showers at SFO and HKG.
