are there any cases, where airlines blacklisted passengers, because they went to claim agencies? Do those claim agencies really go to court or is everything settled outside?
Claim agency said that we should get 250 Euro per Person (from which fees are deducted). Does it make sense to tell Swiss that next step will be a claim agency (which is confident to get 250 Euro) but if we get 200 Euro each (also as vouchers for next flights) from Swiss we would withdraw?
