its probably just AA.com being, well, aa.com. sometimes it shows requested, sometimes N/A, sometimes confirmed and other times the entire upgrade section vanishes.
if concerned, call AA to confirm.

its positively insane that they cannot fix this. I work in software/IT and this simply cannot be that hard to fix. I mean it works sometimes, so it just needs some regression testing to find the circumstances when it doesnt and someone to do a RCFA and fix it. Gaaaaaaaaa
