Did we ever actually decide which PE seat is best? Some folks like the bulkhead row due to the perception of extra room. I'd probably prefer non-bulkhead, so that I can stow things under the seat in front of me rather in the overhead bin. I vote non bulkhead. The footrests in the bulkhead are useless for someone even moderately tall. It resulted in your thighs being raised off the seat and all weight on your bottom, which gets painful after an hour. FTR, I'm 6'2" 175 lbs so fairly average build, not too tall or big
IME, there isnt enough space to cut across in the bulkhead, especially with footrests and feet out. So that wasnt an issue.
