I believe the rules don't provide for any lounges in the international terminal, but anecdotally, my wife and I were admitted to the skyteam lounge on a VA W ticket (SYD-LAX) back in November based on my skyteam elite plus status. There is also a centurion lounge above it if you are an amex person.
