Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if the ticket agents will allow us to downgrade ourselves from Business to Premium Economy - we purchased the tickets via aeroplan. Here's the problem. I flew over with my 3 year old son in J class from YYC to Frankfurt. He sat in front of me and I found the experience to be high maintenance (constantly getting up to give him water, to bring him to the bathroom, changing his iPad video etc). We caught a connector to FAO in J with him seating beside him and found the experience much more enjoyable and relaxing

I called Aeroplan and they don't have anymore PE seats available so I'm thinking that maybe we ask the agent at the Gate to see if anyone wants to upgrade to J from PE.

Is this allowed or has anyone else done this?
