We were in NYC this past weekend and walked by the hotel. Rooms look VERY small as you can literally see the mattresses up against the window on the rooms on the lower floor.... which based on what we could see were not yet being used as guest rooms yet since the mattresses were still wrapped in plastic. Lower front of the building still had scaffolding on it. Location is basically just down the street from the bus terminal across the street from the Dean & Deluca.
