I did visit Colonia del Sacramento; and because so few people were there, it was a great time to visit — and nothing seemed to be closed.

I also had an excellent steak lunch there. I could picture the place; but unfortunately, I could not tell you the name of it.

Definitely go visit Colonia del Sacramento...
