I'm looking to plan an early December vacation to the Caribbean with my wife, parents, and 1 year old son. Currently researching Barbados and St. Lucia, but open to other locations. I'd like to use some of my Aeroplan or MR points for business class tickets if possible.

I'd like to spend around $1,000 - $1,5000 a night. Not sure if we would be better off renting a condo, or getting a suite a resort. I've never been to the Caribbean, so I'd appreciate any advice/tips!
