It really all depends. I wouldn’t want to be flying solo and be in a window seat outside of the bulkheads in row 16. These seats have good pitch, but when the row in front of you reclines, it’s very challenging to get out from a window. This is why the JAL PE seat is better, IMO... the true pitch never changes because it is an oscillating shell seat.
My choice would be row 16 aisles. After that, the outer row aisles. Nothing in the middle section if flying alone and I have a choice.
