If it is SPG directed, and we are talking about properties only... my ranking would be

1. St Regis Mauritius (can't comment about the other SPG properties in Mauritius because I haven't stayed)
2. Sheraton Tokoriki, Fiji

.
3. Starwood Denaru, Fiji properties. Very family friendly but not a lot to see there and the beaches - meh.

I'm leaving Moorea off the chart since there aren't any Starwoods there.
