Not sure I wouldn't escalate on the phone or ask them to show me where the h*ll this is. Lots of problems with website and I wouldn't know where to do this

Not exactly satisfying -- nothing in the flight pass section I could see either
On the plus side, these usually work like a charm with no issues, immediate recrediting etc. This has never happened to me fortunately. Near the beginning of flight passes a few people reported issues similar to yours (improper use (too many credits taken)/issues with recrediting of flight pass credits after cancellations) on FT that resolved themselves within a couple of hours/days (without requesting it).
