But I upgraded two flights last year at the airport with the states and explicit purpose of getting the increased mileage accumulation to make 35k for this year. I have been passed back and forth by both Air canada and Aeroplan. Is there any recourse or does anyone have a contact or know a department to see about getting credit for those flights? I have been a staunch supporter and defender of AC, and passed up MANY better flight prices and also forgoing any benefits other airlines offer.

Im pissed, and I want what I paid for. But I’m worried the fine print will get me in the end.
