DEL immigration: arrival and departure questions
Will be flying to DEL from YVR in J on AC Aug 28-29 (arrive 04:00 on a Thursday).

Arrival questions:
1. Did they reopen the Business Class counter in immigration? Saw many postings about a November 2017 closure.
2. Can you use the eVisa at the Business class counter?
3. Plan to connect on a separate itinerary to Varanasi; have not yet booked that flight. How much time should we allow to clear immigration, customs and transfer terminals for domestic departure?

Departure questions:
1. Have a 6:10 AM departure Sept 13 in J (DEL-YVR): how long to exit immigration? Is their a Business Class counter for exiting?
