I had a Lat Sun Pass booking which I cancelled. It was not returned to my Sun Pass wallet. I called in . The agent could see that the ticket number was in “ no mans land “ and that I should fill in a form on line. He said it’s in the pass section for missing credits. I of course searched and could not locate it. Does anyone know it’s location
