Received 7k points for $500 spend on SPG personal two months ago. (Spent less than $6,000 in 12 months. Didn't receive initial spend bonus due to having card previously.)
Called today about SPG biz. No offers. (Less than $2,000 spend in 12 months. No initial spend bonus since I previously had card.) Was politely asked about my business and told about bonus categories (4x at restaurant, gas, etc.) exclusive to the biz version of card. I told rep I still wanted to close the card and it was done.
