Last Minute Upgrades (LMUs) do not qualify for class of service bonuses or additional AQMs. You are only entitled to the AQMs you'd have received as per your original booking class. if you booked a Tango (Standard) fare and did a LMU, you'd still only be entitled to the AQMs you'd have gotten under a Tango fare.

For additional AQMs and COS bonuses, you'd need to upfare your ticket to a J/C/D/Z/P fare...
