Take into consideration that there was no lifts or elevators and everyone had to walk down and there were not enough seats to go by too and many were standing certainly for more than an hour.( I was and certainly there were no seats available when I went down to the gate.) If I had known there was such a delay I would not have gone down the stairs to the Gate but sat near the Gate upstairs.
That said the crew on board was nice.
Frequent flyer hates to see people camping around gate counter which delay the boarding process.
1) seat changes shouldn't it being done during internet check-in/transfer desk/lounge desk?
2) what is transferring bag? is either check-in luggage or hand carry which below 7 kg and/or below 20 inch
3) lift got nothing to do to BR, complaint to NAIA
4) we love BR boarding process by zoning. wheelchair and special assistance will first board, following by zone 1 - business class, zone 2 - gold member
