I sampled all the mains, notably the lamb, pork and turbot, and all were tender and succulent. It was a refreshing departure from the usual fried nibbles, wings, mini pizza/quiche/shepherd's pie/faux sushi. Wines and spirits were stellar, with even Chandon (New World) on ice. Desserts were plentiful and varied, offering three types of Ferrero Rocher type chocolates in addition to the delectable cakes and pastries.
As an aside, I'm wondering how the adjacent CY's catering fares. I didn't think to ask if they shared the same kitchen.
I tend to venture out of the hotel for breakfast since I speak Mandarin and am very into street food. Having said that, will make sure we check out the breakfast at the hotel on one of the days (probably first day).
