I read it as It can be "ANY" amount of points and they would be covered under the boldiing above --if they valued them at 17.5 or 25k-it would fulfill the t/c - I think they want to keep as much good will as they can -- but-- those they "have" ( marriotts who have the certicate -- are 2nd inline )--easy out is for them to value at 25k
