Finnair points not credited and now my balance is zero
Flew Business class Asia to Europe but points weren’t credited. Than the points I had remaining (40k) have all gone so I have balance of 0.
If so, does anyone have an email for FINNAIR points? Or is 40k points not really worth much?
Any advise, much appreciated,
