Currently in the middle of a domestic trip. Flew out yesterday and returning next week. 2 of my 3 segments yesterday have already posted correctly. However one segment, the middle segment, posted with zero credit as “not eligible for mileage activity.” I realize it can take a few days for the system to process flown flights, but I’m used to seeing “still processing, should complete in 24 hours.” Anyone see this “not eligible” lately?
I’ll obviously wait until after the trip is complete to see how everything posts. Then, if needed, I’ll contact DL. This was paid F, so really wanting to ensure I receive proper credit, especially MQDs. It was all DL operated/marketed segments. Flight in question was DL 2039 SEA-ATL.
If I need to contact them, can anyone suggest whether a call or email would be best? The last time I contacted them (about 6 months ago) for a minor issue my spouse had regarding improper mileage credit I emailed. After several exchanges back and forth I gave up because it was very, very minor and made no impact to status. This trip, however, is different.
