EWR-DFW. Worst inflight experience in a while. The “breakfast” downgrade has been discussed to death, so I won’t rehash that. But the E175 was FILTHY - this grossness is under the window next to the seat in front of me. Check out the piece of scone stuck in the vent.

But, even worse was the UAX (Republic) FA. She served breakfast in a hurry, so she could disappear to the rear galley for the rest of the flight. Not one drink refill, not one offer of anything, she just disappeared for the entire flight.

She clearly couldn’t care less. To the point where those of us with coats hanging in the closet had to reach in, find it, and retrieve it ourselves when leaving the plane because she couldn’t be bothered.

Very awful service. She needs serious retraining. And that plane needs a scrubbing.
