Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Advance Rate Basic King upgraded to Spa King.
How are the rooms? Fairly spacious compared to SF standards. It was a corner room with 3 very large windows and a very large Japanese style soaking tub.

How was your complimentary welcome amenity? Did not receive anything.
Did you raid the minibar? If so, what did you take? Was not told about this amenity nor was there anything in the fridge.
Were you offered a Chef's Taste at Dinner, If so, what did you receive? Was not offered.
Did you use the free spa credit / did the hotel participate? If so, was it a good value? Was not offered.
What was good and what was bad? Room size, bathroom size, and cleanliness were all very good. Windows provided lots of sunlight during the day, but at the same time all tables and sofas by the windows would get very hot, hot enough that I had to move all my belongings, and the only desk in the room was not usable for most of the day. The windows are set up in a way that they protrude out, which in return offers slightly more space in the rooms, but curtains are installed within the walls of the rooms. So if you close the curtains, you do not have access to the sofas and desk.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? Most likely no unless the price was really good.
