Was it booked in class P?

P class is what BA uses for WT+ award bookings, so most agents are used to this earning nothing.

AA however uses P class for Premium Economy revenue tickets, so P class on the AA code earns at 100% mileage and full TPs for WTP. If this is the case then I suggest you phone your BAEC service centre and ask them to look at it again.
