The train to Vienna may be a good option.

However, the Airport Express bus must be taken from PRG T1 to the rail station and it runs every 30 mins and the ride takes another 30 mins. Fare is 60 CZK. https://www.cd.cz/dalsi-sluzby/navazna-doprava/-27548/
