oxymoron of Japanese LCC

The Japanese LCCs are the worst, as they simply do not make any sense.
Japanese are supposedly punctual. Their LCCs are not.
Japanese are polite. When asking how I get through security in-time the Peach agent at KIX practically sneered at me (she was Japanese)-actually JinAir was calling for their passengers to expedite their immigration process.
Japanese follow rules-I have been asked for an onward ticket flying into Japan on NH but Vanilla did not. They did follow the strict 7kg carryon restriction even though I had purchased baggage (one backpack but heavy cause of camera and laptop, 10kg).
Japanese like comfort and avoiding hassle-Vanilla does not allow online checkin for international flights due to passport and visa checks (somehow millions of other airlines do not have this issue), you get to sit in a bus waiting to go in the plane, somehow deplaning is slower than normal in Japan even though nobody has large bags over 7kg. I guess it is a different clientele that ships luggage to the airport than the one that flies LCCs?

But I guess as long as there is not much competition the Japanese LCCs will survive.
